Do you accept returns?

No. We do not accept returns or refunds for any product.

Which items are not returnable?

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Electrical & Electronic products

Dairy & perishable items (Milk, Curd, Paneer, Butter, Cheese, etc.)

Men’s clothing

Women’s clothing

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, limited same-day exchanges are available for selected items only.

Which items are eligible for exchange?

Furnishing Products
(Bedsheets, Curtains, Cushion Covers, Pillow Covers, Mattress Covers, etc.)

Exchange allowed on the same day only

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Exchange subject to stock availability

Men’s & Women’s Clothing

Same-day exchange only (size or design)

Product must be unused with original tags attached

Can I get a refund instead of exchange?

No. We do not provide refunds in any form (cash, UPI, bank transfer, wallet, or store credit).

What conditions must be met for exchange?

Exchange request must be made on the date of delivery

Original bill/invoice is required

Used, damaged, washed, or altered items will not be accepted

Items bought on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange

Can discounted or sale items be exchanged?

No. Products purchased during sales or promotions cannot be exchanged.

Can this policy change?

Yes. Badshahpur Market may update this policy at any time without prior notice
